Short Term and Long Term Disability benefits, or both, are offered as options through BSG. BSG will assist in determining which policy is right for you and your employees, taking into account the income, profession, and length of time desired.
BSG offers both employer group and individual Medicare Supplement and Advantage Plans through numerous insurance Medicare Plans carriers.
Employers that provide “Applicable Employer-Sponsored Coverage” under a group health plan are subject to this reporting requirement.
FSA’S and POP's
BSG offers a complete range of Section 125 services. Premium Only Plans (POP) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are excellent low-cost benefits for employers to provide to employees. Flexible Benefit Plans will reduce the employer’s payroll tax and increase the employee’s net pay, a win-win proposition for the employer and employees.

BSG will administer your COBRA from the initial notice to receiving & tracking premium payments. We maintain records of all notices and provide employers with confirmation of all activities.
BSG can start your employer online system by importing your employees from an excel spreadsheet. The enrollment will be customized to each Employer. Employees would have the ability to access and view benefits offered, and sign up for those which they choose. Employers can also add additional benefits in order for employees to see their total benefit package.
Specified Disease, Cancer, and Accident Policies
BSG offers Policies to cover “Specified Disease”, Cancer and Accidents using several different carriers. There are many alternatives for coverage amounts available to employer groups.
